The 1874 Sharps Standard Rifle is a very popular rifle in the Old West because of its powerful cartridge and long distance shooting capabilities. The 32" octagonal blued barrel has a 1 in 18" twist and a color case-hardened receiver that contrasts nicely with the walnut stock and forend. The receiver and barrel have been pre-drilled to finely tune a crisp hunting or a target pull.
The 1874 Sharps Standard Rifle comes with an adjustable rear buckhorn sight and a fixed front sight blade, but the creedmore rear and Globe front sights are available as accessories for this model.
